Newbury Park Housing
|
Newbury Park is the first city west of the Los Angeles County Line, and has some of the finest homes in Southern California. Governed by a master zoning plan which allows for a balance between nature and development, residents find convenient access to roads, natural trails, a lake, stores and a mall within a short drive. In Newbury Park, many tracts are surrounded by walls. This design shunts the heavy traffic onto arterial streets and away from residential streets. Housing ranges from modest three bedroom, two bath homes in the earliest city neighborhoods, to upscale housing (some with orchards), many built as equestrian properties. But regardless of the type property, neighborhoods maintain a comfortable feeling with attractive homes in close proximity to the pastoral backdrop which has made Newbury Park so popular.
